the location was ideal right across from the beach the sea view from the room was fine i loved waking up to that sight each morning the shower room was modern and spacious adding a touch of luxury to my stay. ample free parking made arrival easy it eliminated any stress about finding a place for my car.

the room decor was great, i must say, and the staff were very helpful and friendly (, made the experience more pleasant).
Room service was done quite late. This limited my time in the room. the cutlery was dirty each time after room service. i found this unacceptable.

i loved how the staff smiled and laughed. they were very accomodating. the view was awesome. the room had everything i needed, including a fridge to keep my drinks cool. breakfast was so delicious, a good choice was available and the staff were super friendly and helpful, i was so pleased!
the paint on the wardrobe chipped , made it look tatty, i noticed it.

i found the staff very cute. the decor of the hotel looks superb. my room was quite comfortable and the meals tasted excellent. being right next to a quiet beach was definitely bliss for me.
the mattress in my room was in poor condition. it sagged down badly. i was like i could fall off the edge. i hoped for a better mattress.

The check-in process felt disorganized. i spoke with someone who seemed a bit rude, then the actual check-in took forever. the room was not excellent. I noticed dust on the wall lights above the bed and cobwebs, it seemed like they had been ignored for quite a while. the bed was also quite uncomfortable.

Party music was too loud. It played until 11pm. Noisy waste water pumps were vibrating the room when I used the shower.
